Roslyn is the managing director and known for her dedication and passion for helping clients achieve their property goals. Roslyn graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2013 and went on to continue her studies in commerce and business at Griffith University while working as a property law paralegal. She was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in 2018 and founded FT Law in 2021. Roslyn’s journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to provide high quality legal advice in a straightforward and accessible manner. FT Law implements this by instilling its five core values: on time delivery, flexibility, experienced industry knowledge, expert judgement and teamwork. Roslyn enjoys working alongside the team on complex matters and is passionate about our firm always delivers top quality service. 

Siobhan Bishop

Associate

Siobhan is an Associate at FT Law and brings expertise across various areas of law. Her focus lies in the intricate realms of property, commercial, and estate law, where she finds fulfillment in navigating the multifaceted challenges and diverse matters that define these practice areas. With a genuine passion for understanding the unique needs of her clients, Siobhan is recognised for her practical and personalised approach to client service and can assist you with a range of legal matters, including:

Property acquisitions and sales in residential, commercial and off-the-plan transactions;

Related party property transfers;

Commercial matters, such as commercial and retail leasing, business sales and purchases;

Independent Legal Advice Certificates for guarantors;

Estate planning, such as the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorneys;

Estate administration, from obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration, through to final distribution of the estate. 

Nadine Bernon

Paralegal

Nadine is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and intends to be admitted as a Solicitor in the not-too-distant future. She has been working in the legal industry since 2016 with a background in estate and property law in both Queensland and New South Wales. At FT Law, Nadine assists her clients with conveyancing, property development and option agreements. Her expertise ensures smooth transactions and project success. Her client-centric approach and commitment to excellence makes Nadine an invaluable member of our team.
